If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

SilverActivities has a No refund, exchange-only policy within 7 days of receiving your order for purchases with devices. You can only exchange your product for another product of the same or higher value.

There is a strict No refund policy in the case of digital, i.e., software-only purchases.

Please note the following exceptions to our exchange policy:

  • If the purchase includes devices, and if there are any hardware-related issues, the device must be taken to the manufacturer’s service center subject to the warranty period
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Change of mind is not a valid reason for exchange
